STEP-1 : Free Registration and Choosing your Car

Register with us FREE to get your password to view the realtime stock of Japanese Auctions . Choose your car or truck and view the inspection sheet. If you need extra inspection we offer this for a fee.

STEP-2 : Deposit Transfer

Please transfer the required Auction Deposit

Cars Trucks under with Bid Price up to USD 5000 > Deposit: USD 1000

Cars Trucks with Bid Price over USD 5000 > Deposit : 20% of the bid price

Important Notice: Please make sure that you only transfer money to our indicated bank account of MIZUHO Bank,Yokohama Chuo-Branch shown on our homepage.PLS sign the Invoice and send back to us .Should you receive any invoice with a different Bank detail from any email DO NOT TRANSFER any money and call us immediately.

STEP-3 : Make your Bid

Please send us your maximum bid with the LOT number and other details of your chosen car or truck . After deposit confirmation we bid for you in several Japanese Auctions.


STEP-4 : Purchase confirmation and Invoicing

We issue the Proforma Invoice after confirming your successful purchase. We need to receive your payment within 5 days after invoice issue. Cancellation fees after sending us your confirmed bids are:

Cars ,Trucks up to USD 5000 > USD 1000 ; Cars ,Trucks over USD 5000 > 20% of the purchase price.

Storage Charges Per Day ( after 30 days) :

Cars : JPY 450 /day ; Trucks over 2 ton and Buses to 26-29 seats : JPY 1000/day ; Trucks over 5 ton and Buses over 30 seats: JPY 2000 /day ; Construction Machinery : Please contact us

STEP-5 : Payment and Shipping

After confirming the receipt of your balance payment .We prepare the cars for shipping wit washing and inspection according to your needs. We are happy to arrange pre-shipment quarantine washing ,quarantine,mileage or quality inspection with the corresponding documents. The shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice ,Packing List and several needed pre-shipment certificates will be sent to you by Air courier (DHL ,Fedex etc)
